Do I have to apply to feel and legs?

No, you can apply anywhere. We have customers who love to  apply on the abdomen, inner arms and other areas. The reason I recommend feet is due to the increased number of sweat glands in the area.

How long before bed should I apply?

I recommend applying at least 30 minutes before bedtime.
